Ingredients

For preparing the moringa chutney, moringa leaves, Bengal Gram Dal, Urad Dal, Oil, Salt, Red Chillies, and Tamarind are used.

Procedure

To prepare the moringa chutney, firstly, shred the leaves and wash them with salt water. Fry it in the kadai for 5 minutes with little oil, and season the urad dal, Bengal Gram Dal, and red chillies with salt. After this process, grind it in the mixer and serve it as rotti, dosa, and idlis.

Moringa Dall fry

Ingredients

Moringa fresh leaves, toor dal, Onion, Garlic Pods, Tomato, Salt, oil, and Red Chili.

Procedure

Cook the Toor dal with cut tomato in the pressure cooker with the turmeric. After that, in the kadai, I add two spoons of oil and fry the mustard seeds, chopped onions, red chilies, and Garlic. After that, when the onion’s colour changes into golden brown, add this material to the boiled Dal water and add some salt for taste. After that, when all is prepared, shred the moringa leaves and add to the Dal, and the MoriDalDall fry is ready to serve.

Moringa Soup

Ingredients

Moringa leaves, moong dal, Garlic, Small Onion, Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Jeera, Curry leaves, and Green Chilies.

Procedure

For 10 minutes, fry the Mustard seeds, mashed garlic, onion, jeera, black pepper, and green chillies in the oil. Boil the Dal in the pressure cooker to soften, add the shredded fresh moringa leaves, and add the material to the dal and boil for 5 minutes, and your Moringa Soup is ready to serve.

Moringa Green gram Dall

Ingredients

Moringa Leaves fresh, Green Chillies, Oil, Salt, Tomato, spring onions, jeera, Black peppers, and Dry coriander seeds, etc.

Procedure

Shred the moringa leaves and remove the thick stem. Chopped the onions into small pieces, two tomatoes, and green chiles. In a pressure cooker, soak the green gram for boiling and add all chopped ingredients such as onion, tomato, green chili, etc, and add the salt according to your taste. Boil it for 10-15 minutes, and after that, your Moringa green gram dal is ready to eat.

For preparing the moringa leaf powder, you need one kilogram of moringa fresh leaves, which is equivalent to 200 grams of dry leaves.

In the first step, shred the leaves and remove the thick stems and wash the leaves with salt water, after washing the leaves. Dry the leaves in the sunlight. Vitamin A in the leaves is destroyed. In the second step, make a fine powder from dry leaves.
