Order Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• For canceled orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 3-6 Working days

Return & Replacement Policy

You may also request a replacement if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The Item was damaged during transit.

Replacement requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Product has been used or tampered with.
• Returned without original packaging.
• Returned after 5 days of delivery.
• Free promotional items, trial packs, or samples.

Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, once opened or used, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process & Timeline

• Once your returned package is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email or phone regarding the approval status.
• Post approval, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days.
• After processing, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (PhonePe) within 2–4 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered?

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share photos/videos of the product with your Order ID.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no extra charges.
• Replacements, if approved, will be delivered within 7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Email us at [email protected] or call 80000-57233 within 5 days of receiving the product. Include:

• Your Order ID
• Reason for return/refund
• Supporting images (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
